Rupali Aluminium Paint is based on special type of oleoresinous medium and aluminum paste which have excellent leafing properties. It is highly bright, smooth, and it is highly resistant to rust and adverse weather Rupali Aluminium Paint is specially used on metallic work and non-metallic work, especially for tanks, chimney, pipe, tower, bridge.
Preparation for the site: Before applying paint, use thinner to clean up oil, grease properly from a specific place. Use 120 emery paper to remove old paint, separated dust, rust.
Step-1: For steel and iron or metallic surface, use Elite Paint Victory U Anti Corrosive Red Oxide/zinc phosphate as primer. For non-metallic surface, use Elite Paint wood primer or undercoat .Then give 18 - 24 hours for dried up.
Step-2: Thin up to 10% by adding Elite paint GP Thinner with 1 litre Rupali Aluminium Paint. For better and smoother finish, use 2 coats Rupali Aluminium Paint. Give 18 hours in each coat .Per litre coverage is about 180 sft - 200 sft
Special Note: Rupali Aluminium Paint is kept in dual pack. Before applying paint, stir to mix varnish with Rupali Aluminium Paint properly. Stir it sometimes during the time of application. It is better to use spray for application for getting good result. Rupali Aluminium Paint is capable to prevent the heat of 100-1200 Celsius. Use clean brush for proper application. Clean brush and other instruments with thinner immediately after uses. Tightly close the lid of the container if mixed paint is not used.
