Widely used Quick Drying (QD) High Gloss Synthetic Enamel Paint is based on high-quality alkyd resin. It is highly bright, and smooth, and has high resistance to rust and adverse weather. Quick Drying (QD) is specially used on woodwork & metalwork, which is usable for both interior and exterior of the room.
 
Preparation for the site: Use 120 sandpaper or Emery paper to remove dust, and oil, from the wall and clean up the surface.
 
Step-1: The application of the sealer is dependable completely on the surface. Anti-Corrosive Red Oxide is used as a primer subject to metal and iron surfaces. Use Plastelite Wall Sealer (solvent-based) for the wall and take 18 - 24 hours for dried up.
 
Step-2: For covering different flaws and ensuring smoothness, use Puttelite Wall Putty slightly only for the wall. After using wall putty on the wall, Plastelite Wall Sealer (solvent-based) is used for one more after 4-6 hours.
 
Step-3: Thin up to 10% - 15% by adding Thinner T-1 with 1 litre QD High Gloss Synthetic Enamel Paint. For a smoother finish, 2 coats of thinner mixed Quick Drying (QD) can be applied. Then give 18-24 hours between each coat. Per litre, coverage is about 100 sqft - 110 sqft.
 
Special Note: Use a clean brush and spray for proper application. Tightly close the lid of the container if mixed paint is not used. Clean all equipment with thinner immediately after use.
